I began touring the country in 2010 putting me on the road for eight months of the year.  I was a fan of shows such as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and one of the things I'd been looking forward to was ending up in towns with restaurants which had been reviewed.  I was surprised to find that many of the ones I visited really didn't live up to the reviews, so I decided to do my own reviews of great local establishments across the US.

Our criteria for Bud's Best Foods:

• Food is fresh, nothing frozen (i.e., burgers have to be made by hand, not pre-formed patties purchased from a distributor)
• Quantity for your dollar
• FLAVOR AND QUALITY!
